About us!
The Inspiral Community was founded in Nov 07 as a means of raising awareness of the many fantastic, useful and interesting Natural Living choices Cambridge holds!
With Cambridge holding such a national esteem regarding allopathic health we felt it was high time someone spoke up for the holistic and natural living pioneers that our fabulous city is also home to!
We felt that by joining together we would have a greater, more positive impact than each trying alone, and also that, by raising awareness of all aspects of natural living, individual holistic and ethical businesses would find themselves better understood and better able to build there livelihoods more easily, doing what they love!
Our basic principles and aims are:
- To provide an indispensable resource to help everyone, especially in our catchment area,
discover a healthier, happier way of life!
- To build an deeper understanding and trust in complementary therapies and all natural living choices
- To bridge gaps between holistic and allopathic health
- To support the Local economy, encourage shoppers to buy locally and support local
therapists & practitioners
- To highlight fair trade, organic, ethical, green and eco-friendly products, services and issues
- To build a friendly supportive community within local therapists, holistic
practitioners and natural living supporters
- To do all this in the fairest, most ethical and positive way!
Each week we are pleased to find more and more natural living enthusiasts, practitioners, retailers and service providers within Cambridge!
