Established in 1831. Holds 40 acres of plants of intenational importance. Victorian garden, glasshouses, cacti, alpine, limestone rock garden, rose garden, wildlife and lots more including- the well known Issac newton apple tree!

Fun for all the family , rain or shine, indoor or out! Ecotricity wind turbine with viewing platform - certificate if you can climb the 305 to the top of the turbine tower! Organic demonstration garden, Willow Sculptures, Exploring science 'Rotten Experiance', Compost trail and Wildlife area. Open most weekends of the year and weekdays in high season. Closed over some of the christmas period.

A country park is on the northern edge of Cambridge and is easy to get to by bike, bus or car. It offers a varied natural habitat interlaced with a network of over two miles of paths around the park. There is a play area for children, a sensory garden for the blind and partially sighted and the main paths are wheelchair and buggy accessible. Dogs are also welcome and can be walked off lead at the northern end of the park. www.miltoncountrypark.org
